Apartment cleaning is scheduled Monday-Friday between 10:00 AM-7:00 PM. Cleaning services are billed at 13 euro per hour plus the cost of laundry (if applicable). All cleaning charges will be deducted from the apartment security deposit after checkout.
Please note, we will make every possible effort to accommodate all first choice date and time preferences but it is not a guarantee. All cleaning scheduled within 24 hours of the desired cleaning date will not be accepted and must be rescheduled.
Upon completion of this form, we will email the sender within 24 hours with the date and time of the cleaning. The assigned apartment leader should complete this form and all tenants in the apartment must agree on all requests
Private sedan/van service to and from Fiumicino and Campino airports is available to all of our tenants and their guests. The pricing is competitive to that of local cab companies and provides the passenger(s) with reliability, convenience and piece of mind, especially for the early morning / late night trips to and from the airport. The pricing is based on three criteria; number of passengers, number of bags and the time of departure. Please find the pricing list below.

Please note that pricing may change based on the information provided. A confirmation from Roma Rentals SPQR will include the final price for the service. Euros cash is paid to the driver on the date and time of the service. Pricing does not include gratuities.
Please make every effort to schedule transportation at least 24 hours before the service date. Any transportation requested after 7:00 PM on the day before the service will not be guaranteed until the transportation company is contacted for availability.
